Connell Co-op College has earned recognition in the newly updated Gatsby Benchmarks report, which outlines the future of world-class career guidance for the next decade.

The Good Career Guidance: The Next 10 Years report, published in November 2024, has been shaped by nearly two years of research and sector-wide collaboration with Connell featured as a standout case study of how the Benchmarks can be successfully implemented to benefit young people.

Connell’s approach was recognised in the report under Benchmark 3 - Addressing the Needs of Each Young Person and referenced the importance of personalised action plans to help guide young people toward their next steps.
