Andy is our Head of ECF with ITT across all Primary and Secondary academies, Special schools and Connell Co-op College. He joined the Trust after cultivating years of experience in the classroom and in designing and leading Initial Teacher Training and professional development of staff. He works closely with a substantial amount of trust staff to best develop their practice and, by extension, provide the grounding for outstanding teaching for a significantly larger proportion of students. Whether working with early career or established teachers, he takes responsibility for improving the teaching, learning, curriculum and pedagogy of our Trust colleagues.
