Claire leads Initial Teacher Training and Early Career Development across our Primary Academies bringing together her years of experience as a Primary Teacher and member of SLT as well as Senior Lecturer in Primary & Early Years, Primary & Childhood Education from Edge Hill University. She is instrumental in ensuring our trainee teachers are supported in progressing against the ITT curriculum and works across our entire trust network to best provide for all the colleagues she is involved with.
