Carla works tirelessly across all of our primary academies to support them in making improvements to their early years provision and environments. Along with Sayeh, she ensures the curriculum intent and implementation provides all children with a broad range of knowledge and skills, securing foundations for future progress through school and life. She facilitates training on our Primary Early Years programme with a focus on early literacy, maths and phonics and coach our trainees in their academies and leading the design and delivery of our EYFS ITT Programme content.
