As Director of Maths for Co-op Academies Trust, Jay oversees the Maths curriculum in our primary and secondary academies to support leaders to systematically embed developments to the quality of teaching within their teams. He works closely with Jo Chaloner with both always being keen to find ways to take the wealth of knowledge about ‘what works in maths teaching’ and provide avenues to put these evidence-based approaches into practice. This makes them the perfect people to lead the design and delivery of the Secondary Maths subject knowledge element for our Co-op Academies Teacher Training Programme.
