Charlie works with all our Co-op Academies to lead the progression of Geography teaching and development of its curriculum. He spends three days a week helping to improve Geography in Trust’s Academies whilst teaching two days a week at Connell Co-op College. Charlie has overseen the planning, development and implementation of the 8 geography subject knowledge  sessions for the Secondary trainees whilst also delivering on the primary programme.
