Michelle is our Deputy Head of ECF with ITT across all Secondary academies, Special schools and Connell Co-op College. She has been part of the Co-operative Academies Trust since its inception and joins the ITTECF team after years of experience in the classroom and leading Initial Teacher Training and Early Career Framework as a member of SLT at Co-op Academy Manchester.  Michelle works closely with Trust colleagues to develop knowledge and practice of trainees to ensure that they are supported in progressing against the ITT curriculum and Early Career Framework.
