At Co-op Academy Friarswood, pupils showcased an amazing feat of swimming. Not only did they finish 1st overall at the Swimming Gala 2022 – they came first in every single race! Well done!

Year 6 pupils at Co-op Academy Woodslee showed they cared for their community by completing an afternoon of fundraising. There was some very clean cars at the end of the day!

Parents and carers joined the bright young pupils at Co-op Academy Clarice Cliff as they explored Supertato and a Squash and a Squeeze. Then they showed their creative sides by helping bring the stories to life through arts and crafts. The Family Learning Workshops are a definite hit!

 

It was all go at Co-op Academy Brownhill this week. Not only did they celebrate their fantastically diverse community with International Day, they also celebrated the graduation of Reception pupils who are now ready to make the move to Year 1.

Year 1 classes Robins and Ravens at Co-op Academy Nightingale had a wonderful afternoon releasing the beautiful butterflies they have been caring for!

Meanwhile, pupils at Co-op Academy Parkland have enjoyed an amazing Careers Week! They have had guests visit the academy to talk about potential careers, as well as taking part in a ‘Grow a Fiver’ challenge – making an initial £5 investment grow with their own enterprise idea. Families were then invited to come into the academy and see the businesses in full flow!

Co-op Academy Delius has enjoyed a wonderful week (and term) by learning all about animals and farms, and what noises the animals make. Pupils have also explored all the different roles people carry out in the academy – like Nurses, Cleaners, Cooks, Office Workers, and Teachers. And if that isn’t enough, they have engaged in exciting running, jumping, and throwing activities, whilst listening to stop and start commands, and created their very own farm scenes using Expressive Arts and Design.

Students at Co-op Academy Bebington have enjoyed forensic investigations at Liverpool John Moores University this week, whilst Year 7 students helped their new Year 6 peers during the recent Transition events at the academy.
